Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care in a dynamic environment.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changing conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient education.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the State of Ohio.
- BLS and ACLS certification required (ACLS preferred for specialized units).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
