Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care in ER, ICU, and Med-Surg departments
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Implement patient safety protocols
- Supervise LVNs and nursing assistants
Qualifications
- Active Missouri RN license (compact license accepted)
- BSN degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years acute care experience preferred
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- EMR proficiency (Epic/Cerner systems)
