Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment plans.
- Monitor patient vitals and administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient progress accurately and efficiently in electronic health records (EHR).
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Assist with patient admission, discharge, and transfer processes.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and charting systems.
