Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in accordance with hospital protocols and standards
- Administer medications, treatments, and perform patient assessments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergency situations
- Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training
Qualifications
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and medication administration
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
