Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in Mesa-based healthcare facilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and facility protocols
- Assess patient conditions and respond to emergent situations
- Maintain accurate medical documentation
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
