Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with facility standards and state regulations.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and Nurse Practitioners.
- Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient data accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required (or ability to obtain).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
