Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Document patient care plans, progress notes, and outcomes accurately and timely in the EHR system.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, case managers, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide compassionate emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and critical care needs.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience (New grads with BSN encouraged to apply).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work in a fast-paced environment.
