Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in acute care settings (ER, MedSurg, ICU)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and facility-specific protocols
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and discharge instructions
- Respond promptly to emergency situations with clinical judgment
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (CA BRN) in good standing
- Minimum 1-year recent acute care nursing experience
- BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred for ICU roles)
