Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic hospital setting.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report significant changes to the medical team immediately.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients and visitors.
- Assist in triage and emergency response situations as required.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
- CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association) required.
- ACLS certification preferred for certain units.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
