Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for emergency patients
- Administer medications and interventions per protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for complex cases
- Document patient encounters using EMR systems
- Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Participate in trauma resuscitations and code responses
- Provide patient/family education on discharge plans
Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma RN license (or compact state)
- BSN degree required (ADN with 3+ years ER experience considered)
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with electronic health records (EPIC preferred)
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments
