Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and implement evidence-based nursing interventions for emergency patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate rapid patient care pathways
- Administer medications and treatments with precision in high-pressure environments
- Document clinical observations using Epic EMR systems with 100% accuracy
- Lead trauma resuscitations and stabilize critical patients
- Mentor new staff and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- 2+ years ED or critical care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications mandatory
- Exceptional triage and critical decision-making skills
- Proficiency in electronic health records and trauma protocols
- Strong communication abilities with patients, families, and medical teams
