Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting
- Assess patient conditions using advanced diagnostic protocols
- Administer medications and therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on treatment plans
- Document patient encounters accurately in EHR systems
- Participate in trauma response and critical care stabilization
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO and state nursing regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Massachusetts
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years ER/trauma experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
