Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients in acute care settings
- Administer medications and therapeutic treatments per protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Document patient records with precision and timeliness
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions
- Maintain emergency response readiness
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Current NM RN license (or compact license)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- 2+ years ED or critical care experience
- Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills
- EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
