Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and implement critical interventions in emergency scenarios
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Document clinical observations accurately using EMR systems
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and preventive care
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and OSHA standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with 3+ years ED experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and emotional intelligence abilities
- Experience with Epic EMR system preferred
