Responsibilities
- Perform remote patient monitoring (RPM) and telehealth assessments for patients in the Washington D.C. area.
- Document patient vitals, symptoms, and health changes accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Communicate effectively with physicians and care teams to escalate urgent issues.
- Provide patient education and support via phone and secure messaging platforms.
- Ensure compliance with state nursing regulations and hospital protocols.
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and data security standards.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing School (ADN or BSN).
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) License in Washington, D.C.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Strong computer literacy and experience with electronic medical records.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
