Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in Level I Trauma Center
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions using EMR systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for critical interventions
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- mentor new nurses and clinical students
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO standards
Qualifications
- Active TN RN license (compact state preferred)
- BSN or higher (MSN candidates encouraged)
- Minimum 2 years ER/trauma experience
- BLS, ACLS, TNCC certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with Epic EMR system
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
