Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care settings utilizing evidence-based nursing practices
- Administer medications and treatments with precise documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergency situations with critical thinking
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

Qualifications
- Valid California RN license (or compact license)
- BSN preferred; ADN accepted with 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
