Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse units including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Monitor patient vitals and document clinical outcomes accurately
- Mentor junior nursing staff and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Indiana RN license (or compact state license)
- BSN preferred; ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proven experience in acute care setting
- Exceptional critical thinking and adaptability skills
- Strong interpersonal communication abilities
- Flexibility to work across multiple departments as needed
