Responsibilities
- Delicate evidence-based patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and therapeutic interventions with precision
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care teams and transition planning
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior staff through our clinical ladder advancement program
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Massachusetts (compact license holders welcome)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience in telemetry or ICU
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Experience with Epic EMR and point-of-care technology
- Demonstrated critical thinking and crisis management skills
- Flexibility to rotate between day/night shifts based on unit needs
