Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care by assessing vital signs and medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Respond to medical emergencies with composure and clinical expertise.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff regarding treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Active RN License in North Carolina or Georgia (or compact state eligibility).
- BLS and ACLS Certification required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting (New Grads welcome).
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and patient advocacy abilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts (Days, Nights, Weekends) as needed.
