Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings (ER, ICU, Med-Surg)
- Adapt to flexible shift schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to HIPAA compliance standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Respond swiftly to emergent situations with clinical expertise
- Complete orientation/training for new assignments efficiently
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Indiana with at least 1 year of acute care experience
- BSN preferred (ADN considered with relevant experience)
- ACLS/BLS certifications (required) and specialty certifications (preferred)
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication and adaptability skills
- Flexibility to work 8-12 hour shifts across varying schedules
- Pass background check and drug screening
