Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse clinical units with adaptability to rotating shifts
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document electronic health records with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge protocols
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO standards and hospital policies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN license (or compact license)
- BSN preferred; ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered
- BLS/ACLS certification; PALS preferred for ICU roles
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and adaptability to flexible scheduling
- Electronic medical record proficiency (EPIC experience a plus)
- Excellent communication skills and compassion for diverse patient populations
