Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status by performing physical exams and reviewing medical history.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing protocols.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team immediately.
- Document patient care services, including assessments, interventions, and responses to treatment.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients by adhering to infection control standards.
Qualifications
- Current and active RN license in the state of Texas (or willingness to obtain).
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to be trained for specific clinical rotations.
