Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate and patient-centered care under the supervision of experienced nursing staff.
- Monitor patient vitals and report significant changes to the healthcare team immediately.
- Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and comfort.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Respond to patient needs and emergencies with calm, professional judgment.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York.
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program (BSN preferred, ADN accepted).
- No prior experience required – We train and mentor new graduates!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment.
