Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in acute/critical care settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain infection control protocols and safety standards
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license or eligible to sit for NCLEX
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- CPR/BLS certification (provided if not current)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to compassionate patient care
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (day/evening/night)
- Basic computer proficiency for EHR systems
