Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate and high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team immediately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) during shifts.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care.
- Adapt to various flexible shift schedules, including day, evening, night, and weekend rotations.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license to practice in the state of Nebraska.
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing School (ASN, BSN, or MSN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A valid state-issued ID and proof of residency in the United States.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Passion for patient advocacy and a commitment to continuous learning.
