Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust patient care plans.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
- Respond promptly to emergent situations and ensure a safe environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Pennsylvania.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (New graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Dedication to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, days, and weekends.
