Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and assessment in accordance with state nursing standards and hospital protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments prescribed by physicians and nurse practitioners.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond immediately to changes in clinical status.
- Document patient care plans, progress notes, and medical records accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, therapists, and case managers.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current, valid RN License for the state of California (CA).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality of care excellence.
- Willingness to be flexible with shift assignments as needed.
