Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based patient care across diverse medical units including ICU, ER, and oncology
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while monitoring patient responses
- Document clinical observations accurately in electronic health records (Epic)
- Provide patient education on disease management and preventive care
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and OSHA safety protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Colorado RN license with unrestricted privileges
- BSN degree from ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience in hospital setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required), TNCC/PALS preferred
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Proficiency in Epic EMR documentation system
- Exceptional communication abilities for diverse patient populations
