Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and monitor vital signs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient information accurately and maintain confidential medical records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
- Respond to emergency situations with quick assessment and intervention
- Maintain infection control protocols and ensure a safe patient environment
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Nevada
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in acute care setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
