Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care utilizing evidence-based nursing practices
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments following strict protocols
- Provide patient and family education on health management
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process enhancements
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington State
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience required
- BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
