Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations with precision and safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations accurately
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and discharge plans
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and hospital policies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process enhancements
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license (or compact license)
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
