Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in specialized units (ER, ICU, Oncology)
- Coordinate telehealth monitoring for chronic disease management
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (Epic systems)
- Lead interdisciplinary care planning sessions
- Mentor nursing students and new staff members
- Participate in hospital quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Oregon (or compact state)
- BSN degree (MSN preferred)
- 2+ years clinical experience in acute care
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Experience with telehealth platforms (e.g., Teladoc, Amwell)
- Strong proficiency in Epic EMR systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
