Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care across diverse medical units with precision and empathy
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments while maintaining strict safety protocols
- Document patient progress accurately and maintain comprehensive electronic health records
- Mentor new nursing staff and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Participate in emergency response and critical care procedures as needed
Qualifications
- Active Washington State RN license (or compact license with WA endorsement)
- BSN degree from accredited nursing program (ADN candidates with 3+ years experience considered)
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred for critical care roles
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience in hospital setting
- Strong proficiency in EHR systems (Epic experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
