Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care aligned with evidence-based practices and hospital protocols
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions using electronic health records
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and infection control standards

Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license (compact license accepted)
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- BLS certification; ACLS and PALS certifications preferred
- Expertise in patient assessment, medication administration, and emergency response
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Proficiency with Epic EHR systems
