Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions using advanced clinical judgment
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Texas (or compact license)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to flexible shift schedules (days, nights, weekends)
