Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care using evidence-based practices and clinical judgment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with meticulous attention to safety protocols
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in Epic EHR systems
- Mentor junior staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Advocate for patient needs and ensure regulatory compliance (JCAHO, OSHA)
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience in telemetry/ICU setting
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Proficiency in electronic health records (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
