Responsibilities
- Deliver expert clinical care across diverse patient populations with complex medical needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precise attention to safety protocols
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records (EHR)
- Mentor junior staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Advocate for patient rights and ensure ethical care standards are maintained
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (BRN) required
- BSN degree preferred; ADN candidates with 3+ years' experience considered
- BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory
- Oncology or critical care experience highly desirable
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced clinical environments
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
