Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient assessments and care progress in electronic health records
- Provide education to patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment plans

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Texas (or compact license)
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience in relevant specialty
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (specialty-specific certs as needed)
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare team
