Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to hospital protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records and documentation.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and families.
- Monitor patient progress and intervene immediately in emergency situations.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license in the State of Illinois.
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
