Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status by performing physical examinations and reviewing medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare team.
- Monitor and record vital signs and symptoms accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Qualifications
- Current and active RN license in the state of Arizona.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
