Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse medical units including ICU, ER, and surgical services
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care with precision and compassion
- Document patient assessments and progress using our advanced EMR system
- Mentor junior nurses and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Participate in emergency response protocols and rapid assessment situations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Kentucky (or compact license)
- BSN degree required (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required within 90 days of hire)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
