Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse medical units including ER, ICU, and Med-Surg
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient records accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and hospital safety standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of Colorado
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with Epic EHR preferred
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
