Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient health conditions and document vital signs accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical situations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred (New graduates welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
