Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in 12-bed ICU using evidence-based practices
- Monitor and interpret vital signs, ECGs, and lab results
- Administer medications and perform complex nursing interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for treatment plans
- Document patient progress accurately in Epic EMR system
- Mentor new nurses and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Respond to rapid response and code blue situations
Qualifications
- Valid MA RN license (required)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- 2+ years ICU experience (acute care setting)
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
