Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced nursing care to critically ill patients using evidence-based protocols
- Monitor and interpret complex telemetry data, administering life-saving interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records with precise documentation
- Provide family education and emotional support during critical care scenarios

Qualifications
- Current Florida RN license (required)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years ICU or critical care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Strong proficiency in Epic EMR system
- Demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
