Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients
- Monitor and interpret patient vital signs, ECGs, and lab resultsAdminister medications and treatments accurately per protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and recovery
- Document patient assessments and interventions in EMR system
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer reviews
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Active Washington State RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years ICU/ER experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EPIC preferred)
