Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in ICU and oncology units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress in EMR systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Adhere to infection control protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- 2+ years ICU or oncology experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Oncology/chemotherapy certification a plus
