Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in ER, ICU, or Med-Surg units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA and HIPAA protocols
Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license (compact license accepted)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- 2+ years recent acute care experience
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- EMR proficiency (Epic/Cerner preferred)
