Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care using evidence-based nursing practices
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
- Educate patients/families on health conditions and discharge plans
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and hospital policies
Qualifications
- Current IL RN license with no restrictions
- BSN degree preferred (ADN accepted with 2+ years exp)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
